Truth Is Time-Dependent
Every project generates a truth. The problem is that truth tends to expire, quickly. Whether it’s the schedule, the budget or even the scope, what was accurate last week rarely remains the same today. It's a moving target, and the exact opposite of what we all like to call a “shared truth.”
